Please note:
Some releases include detail about the memory, disk space, and processor speed needed for reasonable performance. These configurations are a guideline. Performance may be impacted by the complexity of design and number of concurrent processes.
Mentor Graphics works closely with customers and vendors to select the configurations we support. Migration to new operating systems and platforms requires testing and qualification to ensure stability. While some customers are migrating to the Windows 7 platform, it is currently not supported for the Expedition Enterprise Flow applications. Use of Mentor Graphics software in an unsupported configuration is without support services and at your own risk. We recommend you remain on currently supported configurations, until support is available on Windows 7. For our Expedition Enterprise product line, Windows 7 will be supported with the 2007.9 release, currrently scheduled for Q2 2010. We will alert you on SupportNet, in the SupportPro technical newsletter, and in product-specific Release Highlights when this release is available.
