Click on the My Account link to access My Profile, My Products, Licenses, SupportNet Newsletter and Preferences sections. Click on the Overview tab to see information about your Profile, Products, Preferences, and SupportPro Newsletter settings.
Update or add information on your Profile such as phone numbers and other user data by selecting the Edit button in the Profile section of the Overview tab.
The following fields cannot be changed by the user:
Login Name: Your login name is your corporate email address.
Email address: Your login name
Company: Your company or parent company name.
Site ID: Your Site ID is predefined.
If changes need to made to any of these items, please contact your site administrator or your local Mentor Graphics SupportCenter. All other fields are Optional and may be changed at any time.
Phone number fields:
North America: Enter +1, then your 10 digit number
Example: +1 333-123-1234
Rest of World: Enter +, then the country_code and the number (any number of digits)
Example: +44 1234 123456
Select Edit in the Preferences section of the Overview tab to set Service Request, Email Notification, and Language defaults. Set defaults for Platform, OS (OperatingSystem), and reply preference method. These default values will appear automatically in New SR forms. You will also have a default product, determined by the product you have selected as your “Primary Product.” You can edit your products by selecting Edit in the My Products section of the Overview tab.
Set your Primary language. If your primary language is other than English, you can check the optional box “Okay to contact me in English.”
