An administrative user with Multi-site access, in addition to My SRs and My Site SRs, has the option to view their company’s SRs. This gives administrative users the ability view SRs for other sites they may be responsible for, without the need to login in as a user at that site. Other site privileges are READ-only - administrators cannot add or update SRs on other sites.
Administrative privileges are assigned at the request of the customer. Please contact your Sales or Field representative for details.
On the Service Request History page, there is a drop down list that automatically includes all company sites when the administrator is given multi-site access. The administrator may select one site from the list to view SRs for that site, or may select “All my company SRs” to see all SRs from every company site. From this point, viewing and searching SRs is done in the same manner as for other SR lists.
