I forgot my SupportNet password. How do I get a new one?
Your SupportNet user ID is your email address. If you have forgotten your SupportNet password, simply fill out the Forgot Password form. A confirmation email will be sent to you; and, when confirmed, you can start using your new password.
If you know your password, but would like to change it, please see Change Password in the My Profile section.
NOTE: Your password must be alphanumeric characters only (0-9, a-z, A-Z) - you will not be able to log in if your password contains non-alphanumeric characters.
