Surveys, administered by Satmetrix, are one of several customer support feedback mechanisms in use at Mentor Graphics. The information we receive from surveys is available to all employees worldwide through a constantly updated "live" internal web site. In addition, all survey responses are emailed directly to the relevant person in Customer Support. There is a formal process for following up survey feedback.
