We value your input about our software products. Your suggestions for product improvements or requests to add functionality to a product are very important in our planning process, although Mentor Graphics cannot promise that each request will be implemented.
Mentor Graphics has two methods to request a product improvement:
- For all PCB products, you may visit the Mentor Ideas site to suggest an idea, vote on others' suggestions by promoting or demoting an idea, or comment on an idea that others have posted. Since you are directly voting on improvements, Mentor can clearly understand your priorities, and focus engineering efforts in the areas that have the most impact to the user community.
- For other Mentor software products, submit a new Service Request on SupportNet. Our Customer Applications Engineers will open an Enhancement Request (ER) on your behalf, and link the ER to your Service Request. Please be aware that because ERs affect a future release of a product, the priority of implementing an ER is lower than that of fixing a defect.
