Agreements Policy Guideline

Mentor Graphics' End User License Agreement or a valid license agreement that is physically signed by you and an authorized representative of Mentor Graphics applies to the software under support contract. The Mentor Graphics standard End User License Agreement covers topics such as orders, payment, shipping and delivery, software licenses and limited warranty.

The Standard End User Software Support Terms are an attachment to the End User License Agreement and cover technical support, technical support locations, software updates and relocation of software products.

Once an agreement is in place, Mentor Graphics will provide the software support services identified in an order. Orders for support are issued for a minimum term of one year.

Software support services vary depending on the service plan purchased. Specific support offerings and prices are not covered in the standard End User Software Support Terms, but rather are detailed in current published support documentation under "Five Star Support."

You may cancel software support services with 60 days prior written notice at contract renewal time. Mentor Graphics may cancel software support services if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of the Software Support Agreement or to pay for the services when due.
